By entering your email address through our website signup forms, pop-ups, or at checkout, you consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from ArdenWear ("we," "us," "our"), including but not limited to:

  • New product announcements and brand spotlights
  • Exclusive offers, sales, and promotions
  • Style guides, trend reports, and editorial content from The Drop blog
  • Event invitations and early access notifications

Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send, or by contacting us at help@ardenwear.com. Your request will be processed within 10 business days.

Transactional Emails: Even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your orders (order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notices).

SMS/Text Message Marketing Consent

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS/text marketing messages from ArdenWear through any of the following methods:

  • Website popup: By entering your phone number in our on-site signup popup and submitting the form, which includes a clear disclosure that you are consenting to receive marketing text messages.
  • Checkout: By entering your phone number and checking the SMS marketing consent box during the checkout process on our website.
  • Keyword opt-in: By texting a designated keyword (e.g., JOIN) to our SMS number.

In all cases, you must take an affirmative action (submitting a form, checking a box, or sending a keyword) to opt in. We do not add phone numbers to our SMS marketing list without your express written consent.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive marketing texts from ArdenWear. You may also opt out by contacting us at help@ardenwear.com.

Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via Twilio and are compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent & TCPA Compliance

By opting in, you provide your express written consent to receive automated marketing text messages from ArdenWear, as described above, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase. You may purchase products from ArdenWear without subscribing to either email or SMS marketing.

How We Use Your Information

The email address and/or phone number you provide are used solely for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
